We rehearse every Wednesday night from 7:15pm to around 9:45pm in the hall of St. Bede's Church, almost opposite the Town Hall in South Shields.
We are particularly keen to welcome men into the society - there seems to be a shortage!! however anyone who is interested is welcome to come along.
We always stop for a coffee break at around 8:30pm to give people a rest and a chance to catch up with other people, or in the case of new members, to get to know others.
Membership is £15 per year and that covers the cost of hire of scores, librettos, costumes and all of the other expenses involved in putting on concerts and shows. |
